A&J Windowhaus is a family-owned window and door company based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We supply and install hurricane-rated impact windows and doors for residential and commercial properties across the Tampa Bay area and surrounding regions.

2. Using Our Website

3. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes we provide are based on the information available at the time, including measurements, site conditions, and product availability. Prices may change if:
• Site conditions differ from what was originally assessed
• You request changes to the scope of work
• Material costs change before a contract is signed
• Permits reveal additional requirements
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is not a contract a signed agreement is required before work begins.
4. Contracts, Payments & Deposits
When you hire us, you’ll sign a separate written contract covering your specific project. That contract will include:
• Scope of work and product specifications
• Total price and payment schedule
• Estimated timeline
• Deposit requirements
Deposits are typically required to order custom materials. Because our products are custom-made to fit your home, deposits are generally non-refundable once materials are ordered. Full payment terms will be in your contract.

6. Promotional Offers Complimentary Professional Installation
From time to time, A&J Windowhaus may run promotional offers that include complimentary professional installation valued at $8k–$10k as part of a qualifying project. The asterisk (*) refers to the eligibility, scope, and conditions described in this section.
Eligibility
*This complimentary installation offer applies only to total whole-home window replacement projects (minimum of 8 windows replaced in a single project at the same property).
Partial replacements, single-window jobs, repairs, retrofits, add-on openings, commercial projects, and door-only projects are not eligible for this offer. Standard pricing applies to non-qualifying projects, and installation will be quoted as a separate line item.
What “Whole-Home Window Replacement” Means
For purposes of this offer, a “total whole-home window replacement” means the replacement of all existing windows at the property in a single contracted project. The customer agrees to replace every window unit covered in the agreed scope; selective replacement of only some windows in the home does not qualify, even if the window count meets the 8-window minimum.
Value of the Offer
The stated $8k–$10k value reflects the typical retail labor cost of professional installation for a whole-home impact window project in our service area. Actual installation labor value varies based on the number of openings, window size, floor level, access, structural conditions, and other site factors. The figure is provided as a good-faith estimate and is not a cash credit, refund, or transferable benefit.
What’s Included
- Professional installation labor by our licensed crew
- Permit pulling and management for the project
- Standard cleanup and haul-away of replaced windows
- Final walkthrough and inspection coordination
What’s Not Included
- The cost of the windows, doors, glass, frames, hardware, or other materials
- Structural repairs, rot remediation, stucco/siding repair beyond standard finish work, electrical or alarm rewiring, or other work outside normal installation scope
- HOA or condo association fees, engineering letters, or third-party charges
- Door installation, unless specifically included in the signed contract
Other Conditions
- Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated in writing.
- Offer is subject to availability, scheduling capacity, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before a contract is signed.
- All terms of the offer are superseded by the signed project contract, which is the controlling document for your project.
- Customer must complete the full contracted scope; if the project is canceled, reduced below the minimum window count, or materially changed after signing, A&J Windowhaus reserves the right to re-quote installation at standard rates.
7. Permits & Inspections
We handle the permitting and inspection process for projects that require it. You agree to provide access to your property and any HOA or condo association approvals needed to complete the work.
8. Installation & Your Responsibilities
Before installation, you agree to:
• Clear furniture, décor, blinds, and curtains near work areas
• Provide safe access to the work site
• Secure pets and valuables
• Notify us of any known hazards (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
We’ll protect your space and clean up after the work is complete.
9. Warranty
Every project is backed by a warranty covering materials and labor. Specific warranty terms depend on the product manufacturer and the type of work performed. Full warranty details are provided with your contract and at ajwindowhaus.com/warranty-guarantees.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, severe weather beyond the product’s rating, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
10. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Because our products are custom-made, cancellation may not be possible once materials have been ordered, and deposits applied to ordered materials are generally non-refundable. Change orders that affect scope, materials, or schedule will be documented in writing and may adjust the price and timeline.
11. Limits on Our Liability
We do our best to deliver quality work, but to the extent allowed by law:
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, supply chain, permit delays, manufacturer issues)
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost rental income or property value changes)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can’t be limited under Florida law.
12. Privacy
Information you submit through our website (such as quote requests) is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your personal information.
13. Third-Party Links & Brands
Our site mentions or links to third-party manufacturers (such as PGT, Kömmerling, Eurocraft, and others). We’re not responsible for the content of external websites or for third-party products beyond the warranties they provide.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
